Hello friends, The dish I am sharing with you all is all time favourite recipe of kids that is aloo/potato bread sandwich .Here I am making this sandwich in normal iron tawa using less oil. In the original recipe big brinjals/baigan  is  used  but I had long brinjals at home so I tried with it and it came well.
