Khaman Dhokla Made dhokla today.This recipe is easy and simple.Its like one of those instant breakfast recipes.Most of the ingredients are easily available at home.I have been trying this dish for sometime now but only this time i got the desired result in way of its looks and taste.You can serve this alongside green chutney .This recipe is from the state of Gujarat basically but it is liked by people all over the states of India. INGREDIENTS GRAM FLOUR/BESAN-1 STEEL GLASS CURD/DAHI-1/2 CUP WATER-AS REQUIRED SALT-AS REQUIRED TURMERIC-1 TSP ENO SALT-1/2 TSP ASAFOETIDA/HING-A PINCH LEMON JUICE-AS REQUIRED GREEN CHILLIES-2-3 SLIT MUSTARD SEEDS-2 TSP SUGAR-1 TBSP OIL 1 TBSP Recipe-  Take 1 steel glass gram flour/kadalai Mav Add 1/2 cup curd,1 tsp turmeric,salt to taste. IDLI UPMA Many times we have few  left over idlis from yesterday's dinner or from morning breakfast.Eating the same idlis with chutney or sambhar  sometimes becomes boring.So we can try making idli upma or idli fry to make it interesting.The good news is it can made easily in less time .You can pack this upma in your kids' school lunch boxes too.So today sharing the easy method of making ''Idli Upma''.
