Cauliflower Paratha (Stuffed Paratha ) With the onset of winter we start getting vegetables like red carrots,fresh cauliflowers, radishes,peas.Besides making curries,vegetable stir fry with them we all love to make stuffed parathas with some of these vegetables. So,today I am sharing the recipe of a stuffed paratha made by cauliflower and carrot.We can enjoy this hot  stuffed cauliflower paratha with pickles,chutneys and curd.It can also be a tasty and quick lunch box recipe for kids and elders. BEETROOT POORIS  Hello friends, Its a challenge to make our children eat healthy.So as a parent we try different ways to include healthy vegetables in their diet .I tried doing the above by making Beetroot pooris aka pink coloured pooris.Hope you like it .
