Oreo Milk shake

 Oreo Milkshake    INGREDIENTS  MILK - 2 GLASSES OREO BISCUITS- 1 BIG PACKET SUGAR - AS PER TASTE Ice cubes - if needed METHOD  Blend the oreo biscuits,milk and sugar and ice cubes together.  Pour in glasses. Garnish with grated biscuits, small pieces of oreo biscuits and some cashew pieces. Serve chilled.

 Kaccha Gola (Paneer sweet balls)       Hi all, Today sharing a recipe of sweet paneer balls also called kacha golas .A very easy recipe made with few ingredients and get ready quickly too. Milk - 1 L Vinegar/Lemon juice/Curd - 4 tbsp Sugar - 5-6 tbsp Milk powder - 2 tbsp Cardamons- 2-3 Recipe -: 1) Prepare a paneer or chenna with milk.             2) Divide the paneer into two parts.One part let be raw.          3) In the other part we add sugar and mix well.                    4) Heat pan and add the paneer and sugar mixture for 4 to 5 minutes. Raj Bhog (Round cheese balls dipped in sugar syrup) Hi all, Hereby sharing a recipe of  'raj bhog' - a type of sweet dipped in sugar syrup.A famous Indian sweet made with paneer and sugar almost like the famous rasagulla. Angoori Rasmalai

Angoori Rasmalai/Chena Payesh (Paneer balls dipped in creamy milk)           Today I will sharing the recipe of 'Angoori Rasmalai /Chena payash.' Its one of the famous Indian sweet served chilled. Instant Jalebi

  Instant Jalebi  I had made these juicy jalebis long back.Just thought of updating it now.No doubt it was very tasty.😋I had tried it before many times but met with failure but this time it turned out very good.Its not that tough if we maintain right consistency of batter. INGREDIENTS Plain flour/Maida -1/2 cup Curd -1/4 cup  Baking Soda -1/4 teaspoon Water -as required  Sugar - 1&1/2 cup  Orange colour - a pinch (optional)  Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon  How I Made   In a bowl take 1/2 cup maida.  Add1/4 cup curd to it. Also add 1/4 tsp baking soda.  Mix all well together.   Now make a batter adding very little water.  Tutti Frutti Cupcakes (Made with whole-wheat) Hi all!! Today sharing recipe of whole-wheat tutti - frutti cupcakes .I have used regular atta that we use to prepare chappatis/Parathas for this recipe.This recipe requires few ingredients and moreover it takes very less time to prepare too . These cupcakes turned out good .You can prepare these cupcakes for tea time snacks or for kids birthday parties.
