CHOCOLATE CAKE Ingredients Flour /Maida -1 bowl Amul butter -50 gm Baking powder -1 tsp Baking soda -1/2 tsp Cocoa powder-2 tbsp Powdered sugar -3/4 bowl Milk -1 bowl Curd -3 tbsp Instant coffe powder -1/2 tsp Vanilla essence -2 drops Sieve flour,baking powder,baking soda,cocoa powder two times . Take butter in a bowl .Add powdered sugar to it and whisk it well . When the butter and sugar mixture becomes creamy add sieved dry ingredients. Add milk . Add curd. Add coffee powder . Mix all by cut and fold method . Pour the mixture in greased cake tin .Tap twice to release air . Preheat oven .Bake at 180 degree Centigrade for 30 minutes. Chocolate cake ready. You can decorate it with cream .Here I have used powdered sugar and readymade chocolate syrup to decorate . Do try in your kitchen . Thanks for reading.
