CHOCOLATE CAKE

CHOCOLATE CAKE Ingredients Flour /Maida -1  bowl Amul butter -50 gm Baking powder -1 tsp Baking soda -1/2 tsp Cocoa powder-2 tbsp Powdered sugar -3/4 bowl Milk -1 bowl Curd -3 tbsp Instant coffe powder -1/2 tsp Vanilla essence -2 drops Sieve flour,baking powder,baking soda,cocoa powder two times .     Take butter in a bowl .Add powdered sugar to it and whisk it well .                     When the butter and sugar mixture becomes creamy add sieved dry ingredients. Add milk . Add curd.                Add coffee powder . Mix all by cut and fold method . Pour the mixture in greased cake tin .Tap twice to release air . Preheat oven .Bake at 180 degree Centigrade for 30 minutes.  Chocolate cake ready. You can decorate it with cream .Here I have used powdered sugar and readymade chocolate syrup to decorate . EGGLESS APPLE CAKE

EGGLESS APPLE CAKE Hi friends, There were lots of apples in my home .So I decided to try apple cake with them .This is the first time I made this cake .It did come well .This cake is easy to make and also tastes nice . Hope you like it .                                                     EGGLESS APPLE CAKE                                                     Ingredients Apples-3 medium sized Flour /Maida -1 bowl Whole wheat /atta -1 bowl Sugar-1 bowl Milk-1 cup(as required) Curd -2 tbsp Butter -75 g Baking powder-2 tsp Baking soda -1 tsp Cinnamon stick - to be grated little for flavour (you can use ready powder)                           Preparation time -20 min Baking time -35-40 min Serves -1 big cake Process                                  First of all grease cake tin with butter and dust with flour.                                                    Place butter paper at the bottom.                                

SEVEN CUP BURFI

Seven Cup Burfi                                                                     Hi friends, Today I tried a burfi made with a measurment of seven cups .All the ingredients are easily available  at home .Hope you like this . Ingredients Besan /Chick Pea Powder -1 cup Sugar -3 cups Ghee -1 cup Nuts-as desired Milk -1 cup Grated Coconut -1 cup Cardamon -2 Water -as required  (to dissolve sugar) Time to prepare and cook -1/2 hr Serves -15 -20 small pieces. Process -: Firstly grease a plate with ghee .                                                                 Dry roast besan in a kadai . Mix besan with milk .
