Hello friends,
Today I am posting the traditional recipe of mor kozhambu also can be called arbi kadi .
It can be prepared very fast and also tastes nice with hot rice.Hope you like it .





Ingredients

Boiled Arbi/Colocasia/Sepkainga /Kachhu -200 gm
Curd -1 cup
Soaked rice -1 tbsp
Turmeric -1/2 tsp
Green chillies-4 -5
Coconut
Black Pepper / Kali mirch-1 tsp
Cumin/Jeera -1 tsp
Urad dal -1 tsp
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Whole red chillies-1
Curry leaves -4-5
Salt -to taste








Grind coconut, green chillies,rice ,jeera.pepper .





Whisk curd.





Add boiled arbi.




Add turmeric




Add salt


Mix well.



Add the grinded coconut paste.



Switch on the gas stove .Cook the kadi in heat upto one to two boil.



                                                           Switch off the gas and heat oil to temper kadi.



Put mustard seeds,urad dal.whole red chilli,curry leaves,hing to the hot oil.






Pour the tempering on arbi kadi.



Serve hot with rice .
