AALOO MOOLI SAAG KI SABZI Hello friends, Winter is season of vegetables and radish is one of the prominent vegetable found in this season.Today I will be sharing simple but healthy recipe of radish leaves with potatoes.I have added potatoes to give taste and bulk to the sabzi.Hope you find it useful. Preparation time-10 min Cooking time-15 min Serves-2 Ingredients RADISH LEAVES POTATOES/ AALOO -2 TOMATO-1 GRATED GINGER-1 TSP ASAFOETIDA /HING-A PINCH CUMIN SEEDS/JEERA-1 TSP TURMERIC-1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER-1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER-2 TSP SALT-AS PER TASTE WATER-AS REQUIRED PROCESS Firstly clean and wash radish leaves(here I  have taken leaves of 3 radishes).Remove stalks.                                                    Chop onions into small  pieces.        Heat little oil and add cumin seeds.Once they crackle add a pinch of asafoetida and grated ginger. MIRCHI BHAJJI/MIRCHI PAKORO Hello friends, During winter we get this bhajji /pakora /achar/pickle  making green chillies in market. I too bought some and made a quick evening snack for my family. In some method potato or paneer stuffing is used to make this pakoras but in this post I am posting simple and quick version of Mirchi bhajji that we generally get beside beaches.I remember eating such mirchi bhajjis during our tour to Kanyakumari  long back .Believe me along with the memories, the taste still renders in my mouth .Hope you like it. CHUTNEY FOR PARATHAS                  Hello friends, Hope you all are doing fine .Today in my post I share one simple and quick chutney recipe that I always prepare as an accompaniment for stuffed parathas like aaloo parathas,mooli parathas,gobi parathas etc.Even if you are in no mood to make any vegetable side dish for normal parathas or rotis you can certainly try the above chutney recipe which will serve as a wonderful side dish .You can make it spicy or tangy as per your family preference .Hope you like it. PREPARATION TIME-5 MINUTES COOKING TIME -10-15 MIN SERVES- 4 INGREDIENTS-: TOMATOES-3 ONIONS-2 GREEN CHILLIES-3-4 TURMERIC-1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER-1 TSP SALT -AS PER TASTE OIL-1 TBSP MUSTARD SEEDS-1 TSP WATER-AS REQUIRED CURRY LEAVES-AS REQUIRED PROCESS Firstly chop onions,tomatoes and green chillies to fine pieces.You can also add grated ginger to this chutney as it will taste good.
