                                                            We shall grate the radish.

We shall also grate ginger and cut green chillies to pieces.

Now in a vessel we shall take flour and add ajwain/ carom seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder green chillies and grated ginger.

Now we shall add grated radish and salt as per taste and make a dough .The juices released by radish is enough to prepare the dough but incase you find the dough dry you can add little water. You must be careful that the dough is not very watery.

Dough is ready apply little oil. Give the dough rest for minutes only

Now take a small portion of dough and roll out a roti/chappati.

Cook on hot girdle/tawa.

Apply oil on cook both sides.

Hot Mooli paratha/roti is ready to be eaten. You can serve with pickles or any chutney of your choice.

Here I  have prepared a onion, tomato, green chillies gravy which goes very well with stuffed parathas or rotis.
