INGREDIENTS REQUIRED Leftover idlis -4-6 Onions-2 Tomato-1 Green Chilies-2-3 Ginger -a small piece Mustard seeds- 1tsp Bengal gram -1 tsp Black split gram -1 tsp Curry leaves Coriander leaves Turmeric -1 tsp Sambhar Powder-2 tsp Chilli Powder-1 tsp (optional) Salt to taste STEP BY STEP METHOD WITH PICTURES We shall chop the onions,green chillies and tomato to small pieces.Grate the ginger.
