Cauliflower Sabji

  Cauliflower Sabji  Good day everyone!! Winter has set in many parts of India and one of the most common veggies  of this season is cauliflower and green peas.Today sharing a healthy version of cauliflower gravy/Sabji to go along side rice, rotis , puris etc. The healthy part is that to make this gravy I used only 1 tsp of oil. The taste was also very good .  PANEER BUTTER MASALA Recipe for 4-5 people INGREDIENTS Paneer -250 g Milk -1/3 cup Cashews -5-6 Onions-2 medium sized Tomatoes-2 medium sized Garlic/ginger -2 tsp Turmeric -2 tsp Red chilli powder-2 tsp Coriander powder -3 tsp Kitchen king/paneer masala -2 tsp Cumin powder-1 tsp Kasuri Methi -1 tsp Fresh cream - 1 tbsp Butter - 1 tbsp Whole spices-  cinnamon, cardamon Oil -2 tbsp or as required Coriander leaves Salt to taste Process : In a mixer jar grind onions,garlic and ginger and cashews. Heat 2 tbsp oil add 2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 cloves,1 small cinnamon,2 small green cardamon.Saute for 1/2 minute and then add ready paste of onion,ginger garlic. Add dry spices one by one. Grind the tomatoes in mixer jar. Once onion paste is cooked add tomato paste . The market shakkarpare is made very thick but we prepare it like general nimkis and dip in sugar syrup.For making dough you can add butter,ghee or oil .My mom-in -law generally uses butter to make snacks so I used Amul butter to make this dish.You can use butter of any brand.You can also avoid pinch of salt when adding salty butter.
