EGGLESS APPLE CAKE

Hi friends,
There were lots of apples in my home .So I decided to try apple cake with them .This is the first time I made this cake .It did come well .This cake is easy to make and also tastes nice . Hope you like it .


                                                   
EGGLESS APPLE CAKE


                                                   
Ingredients
Apples-3 medium sized
Flour /Maida -1 bowl
Whole wheat /atta -1 bowl
Sugar-1 bowl
Milk-1 cup(as required)
Curd -2 tbsp
Butter -75 g
Baking powder-2 tsp
Baking soda -1 tsp
Cinnamon stick - to be grated little for flavour (you can use ready powder)












                         

Preparation time -20 min
Baking time -35-40 min
Serves -1 big cake









Process

                                 First of all grease cake tin with butter and dust with flour.






                                                   Place butter paper at the bottom.

                                                   
                                                       


Sieve flour,whole wheat,baking powder,baking soda,grated cinnamon together two to three times.Kep aside.

                                                   
                                           
                                                         






                                                             
                                                     



                                                  Whisk butter and powdered sugar .

                                         


                                              Peel skin of apples and puree them in mixie.






                                                                   Add apple puree to whisked butter and sugar.

                                                            




                                                                               Add sieved dry ingredients.


                                                                 





                                                                             Add curd .

                                                    

                                                     


                                                                                          Add milk.

                                                        

                                                             



                                                                 Mix them all slowly with cut and fold method .

                                                           




                                                                       Pour the batter in cake tin .Tap twice.


                                                              
                                                                                                                                                                                                     

                      Bake the cake in preheated oven .Bake at 180 degree centrigrade for 35 -40 min .

                                                            




                                                                                   Cake is ready.

SHAKKARPONGAL / SWEET PONGAL Good day friends , I prepared Shakkarapongal / sweet pongal.A South Indian delicious sweet dish most importantly prepared during Pongal.Its also prepared as prasadam /prasad on special occasions at every South Indian homes and temples.It is one of my most favourite dish.I even don't mind standing in queue to get sweet pongal as prasadam in temples.
