BREAD BALLS



Hi friends,
Today I am posting another dish prepared by bread .Its called  '' Bread balls''.It is easy and quick snack for evening or breakfast .Hope you like it .In my blog I try to show you tasty recipes that can be made with available ingredients at home .I had curry leaves so I used it but if you have coriander then use it .



Ingredients

Boiled potatoes - 4
Bread -8 slices (Powdered  to crumbs)
Grated carrot-2 tbsp
Beans-2 tbsp
Green chillies-2
Ginger/Garlic -grated
Onion-1 chopped finely
Curry leaves/coriander leaves
Oil -to fry
Maida-1 tbsp
Water -1/4 cup
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Turmeric-1/2 tsp
Sabji masala-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Chat masala-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste





                                                                      Mash the potatoes.




Add spices like red chilli powder,turmeric,chat masala,jeera powder,sabji masala and salt.


Add the chopped veggies.

Add bread crumbs.


Mix all and make a fine dough .




Prepare round balls with the dough.




Make a thin batter with maida and water.



Dip the round balls of dough into the maida batter and then roll in bread crumbs.




                                                      Bread balls are ready to be fried.


                                        Carefully add one or two bread balls in hot oil to fry.




                                                          Fry both sides till brown in colour.



Take out the fried bread balls on a tissue paper .


Serve the hot bread balls with tomato sauce or dip of your choice.
