Dal Powder ( Parappu Podi ) Today sharing a traditional South Indian powder recipe found in every kitchen for instant use. Parappu in Tamil means lentils or dals. For this recipe we just have to dry roast lentils with few spices and then blend them and store in air tight container for use every time. All we need to do is cook hot rice and mix the ready lentil powder and eat. This powder comes in handy when we are tired or not in mood to cook. Just prepare rice or you can even use left over rice and mix with this ready powder. Then add a spoon of oil and serve with sambar or any curry left.
