Ma Laddoo

 Ma Laddoo

(Roasted gram ladoo)

Today sharing a very easy and quick sweet recipe which requires very few ingredients. This laddoos are made similar to other laddoos I prepared earlier like rava laddoos, moong laddoos.

INGREDIENTS

Roasted Chana dal / Chutney dal/ Futana - 1 big glass ( 200 g)

Sugar - 1 big glass ( You can add 1& 1/2 glasses if you like more sweet)

Ghee - as required

Cashew- 6- 7 pieces

Cardamon powder - 1 tsp

Step by step preparation

Dry roast the roasted gram for four to five minutes without changing colour.

Once the dal/ gram is cooled then powder in in mixie grinder.

Powder the sugar alongwith 3-4 cardamons.

Mix the powdered gram and sugar together. Divide into two or three parts as it will be difficult to bind laddoos all together.

Add ghee and toast few cashews in the kadai/ wok.

Add to the ready mixture.

Heat ghee in kadai and then pour in ready mixture to bind the laddoos.

Take half of the mixture and pour the hot ghee in it. With help of a spoon mix well.

When warm make laddoos with hands.

Ma laddoos/ Roasted gram laddoos are ready to be eaten.

Store in a cool dry place.

You can store these for a week.

Hope you like the recipe.
