POTATO BREAD SANDWICH

Hello friends,

The dish I am sharing with you all is all time favourite recipe of kids that is aloo/potato bread sandwich .Here I am making this sandwich in normal iron tawa using less oil.


POTATO/ALOO BREAD SANDWICH





Ingredients
Potatoes-250 g
Bread slices
Onions-2
Green chillies-2-3
Garlic-3-4 cloves
Ginger-a small piece
Mustard seeds
Red chilli powder-2 tsp
Sabji masala-2 tsp
Turmeric-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to fry veggies and toast bread





Process

Boil potatoes.



Heat oil .Add mustard seeds.Add onion,green chillies,garlic ,ginger.Saute well.


                                           








Add spices like turmeric,red chilli powder,sabji masala,little salt and saute well.


                                     




                             

Once the onion mixture is cooked add boiled and mashed potatoes.Add salt and mix well and switch off the gas.Potato filling is ready.


                                       


             









Take bread slices .Fill potato filling on one slice and close it with other bread slice.


                                         







Cut it into triangular or square shapes.


                                                     

Heat the iron girdle or tawa .Apply oil and place the bread slices on them .Once toasted from one side apply oil and flip to other side .


                                               




                                     





                                       


Crispy bread sandwiches are ready .Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
