POTATO FRY/ALOO BHUJIA










                                 
                                         
                                             



The recipe I am sharing with you today is favourite of all .Potato Fry/Aaloo Bhujiya is quick and tasty.It is best side dish  to eat with paratha or pooris .It is ideal for kid's tiffin and also helpful to carry during travel.So,let's get started.

Ingredients

Potatoes-4-5
Red chilli powder-1 tbs
Turmeric/haldi-1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Salt-to taste
Oil-4 tbs






Process-:

                           Cut the potatoes finely into tiny squares.

                           




                            Heat oil in kadai.Put mustard seeds .Add the chopped potatoes.






                             Also add red chilli powder,turmeric,sabji masala,salt and mix well.



                   
Keep the flame low and let it cook in open flame .Keep tossing the potatoes now and then so that it does not stick to kadai and get burnt.


                           After ten to twelve minutes the potatoes are cooked well.



Aloo Bhujiya / Potato fry is ready !!


You can pack this Aloo bhujiya in your kids lunch box too.



Serve it with pooris.parathas or rice.
