Instant Jalebi I had made these juicy jalebis long back.Just thought of updating it now.No doubt it was very tasty.😋I had tried it before many times but met with failure but this time it turned out very good.Its not that tough if we maintain right consistency of batter. INGREDIENTS Plain flour/Maida -1/2 cup Curd -1/4 cup Baking Soda -1/4 teaspoon Water -as required Sugar - 1&1/2 cup Orange colour - a pinch (optional) Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon How I Made In a bowl take 1/2 cup maida. Add1/4 cup curd to it. Also add 1/4 tsp baking soda. Mix all well together. Now make a batter adding very little water. Rest the batter for 15 min. Preparing Syrup Take 1&1/2 cup sugar .
