RADISH SAMBHAR/MOOLI SAMBHAR/MULANGI SAMBHAR Sambhar is  made with different vegetables .The one made with radish is umatched and really tastes yum .The process to make it is also simple .You can make tangy,hot,spicy sambhar in some minutes with readily available ingredients. Vegetable Cutlet / Vegetable Chop                                                   One of the famous street food in eastern part of India like Kolkatta , Jharkhand Vegetable cutlet or vegetable chop  is made with carrots,beetroot and potatoes.The cutlets getting the red hue because of the strong beetroot colour.In some cases the cutlets are rolled over egg batter but in my veg kitchen I rolled it in a batter prepared with maida and cornflour.Hope you will like it .
