INGREDIENTS PLAIN FLOUR-1 CUP BLACK PEPPERCORNS -8-10 CARROM SEEDS /AJWAIN -1 TSP SALT -TO TASTE WATER -AS REQUIRED OIL-2-3 TBSP A quick recipe update In a mixing bowl take 1 cup plain flour,add 1 tsp crushed black peppercorns,carrom seeds,salt to taste.Mix them together.Add 4 tbsp oil.Crumble well with fingers.Add little by little water to make a stiff dough.Apply oil and rest the dough for 15-20 minutes.Roll out the dough like chappati.Make circles with help of bowl or bottle cap.Make slits and form flower shape.Deep fry in oil both sides till brown and crisp.Flower Mathri ready.
