HEALTHY BREAD SANDWICH


                                        


Today sharing an easy sandwich receipe.This receipe reminds me of my childhood.My father used to prepare this as Sunday breakfast.This sandwich can be made instantly with only onions,tomatoes and green chillies.If you want you can add grated carrot and finely chopped cucumber and coriander leaves too.

INGREDIENTS

BREAD SLICES (White/Brown) -4 (as needed)
TOMATOES -2
ONIONS-2
GREEN CHILLIES -2 or 3
SALT -TO TASTE
BUTTER-1 TBSP
TOMATO SAUCE -OPTIONAL








                                Firstly chop onions,tomatoes and green chillies.
                                       


                                            Toast bread with little butter.






                   In a bowl add chopped onions,tomatoes,greenchillies.Add salt to taste.


Mix together.Sandwich filling is ready.


                                         Cut the sides . Cut the toasted bread in shapes of your choice .

                                                     Fill with the sandwich filling.

                                     


Sandwich is ready.

You can make smiling faces with ketchup to make them attractive for kids.


                           You can prepare this sandwich  even without toasting.

 Kaccha Gola (Paneer sweet balls)       Hi all, Today sharing a recipe of sweet paneer balls also called kacha golas .A very easy recipe made with few ingredients and get ready quickly too. Milk - 1 L Vinegar/Lemon juice/Curd - 4 tbsp Sugar - 5-6 tbsp Milk powder - 2 tbsp Cardamons- 2-3 Recipe -: 1) Prepare a paneer or chenna with milk.             2) Divide the paneer into two parts.One part let be raw.          3) In the other part we add sugar and mix well.                    4) Heat pan and add the paneer and sugar mixture for 4 to 5 minutes. CHANA DAL/CHOLAR DAL (Bengali Style) Hi friends, I have tried making Chana dal in Bengali style.It did come very good with good taste and flavour.Hope you like it.In traditional Bengali cooking sugar is also added but I have avoided it according to my family taste .Instead I have added garlic to give more flavour to my dal.
