AALOO MOOLI SAAG KI SABZI Hello friends, Winter is season of vegetables and radish is one of the prominent vegetable found in this season.Today I will be sharing simple but healthy recipe of radish leaves with potatoes.I have added potatoes to give taste and bulk to the sabzi.Hope you find it useful. Preparation time-10 min Cooking time-15 min Serves-2 Ingredients RADISH LEAVES POTATOES/ AALOO -2 TOMATO-1 GRATED GINGER-1 TSP ASAFOETIDA /HING-A PINCH CUMIN SEEDS/JEERA-1 TSP TURMERIC-1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER-1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER-2 TSP SALT-AS PER TASTE WATER-AS REQUIRED PROCESS Firstly clean and wash radish leaves(here I have taken leaves of 3 radishes).Remove stalks. Chop onions into small pieces. Heat little oil and add cumin seeds.Once they crackle add a pinch of asafoetida and grated ginger. Next add chopped potatoes.Add turmeric
