Once the dal get roasted  and cools grind them in a blender to a fine powder.

Now in a Kadai / wok add 4-5 tbsp ghee and add the powdered Dal powder and roast for few minutes .Be careful that the powder should not stick to wok or get browned  . Keep aside in a big plate. Add finely chopped cashews. Also add 2 tsp cardamon powder.

Now measure 1 steel glass jaggery and add 4 tbsp of water till the jaggery dissolves . There is no need to make any string consistency.Once the jaggery boils and bubbles can be seen switch off gas. Strain the jaggery for impurities.

Now add this dissolved  jaggery water in powdered Moong Dal and cashews mixture .Use a spoon to mix . Do not add jaggery water in one go. Add slowly. When hot make Laddoos or round balls with the mixture . You will get around 15-20 Laddoos of medium size in this measurement. You can keep these Laddoos in airtight container for more than one month.
