Good day everyone!!

Today sharing another quick recipe of chutney made with tomatoes.Its an easy and quick recipe.It can be prepared in ten minutes .You can prepare this when you are lazy to prepare vegetable side dish or are out of vegetables at home.It goes well with khichuri,stuffed parathas,plain parathas.

INGREDIENTS

Tomatoes -2-3

Green Chillies -1 or two (slit or chopped into big pieces)

Red Chilli powder -2 tsp

Turmeric -1 tsp

Oil - 2 tsp

Mustard seeds -1 tsp

Water -As required

Salt - As per taste

STEP By STEP RECIPE

Heat oil.

Add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds.

Add slit green chillies,chopped 2 or 3 tomatoes, turmeric powder, 2 teaspoon chilli powder,salt to taste.

Once the tomatoes get cooked add enough water.

One boil chutney ready.

Serve hot with khichuri/khichdi, parathas of your choice.I had prepared it to go with khichdi.
