Cauliflower Paratha

 Cauliflower Paratha Hi, Today sharing very easy recipe made with cauliflower. You can eat this parathas as wholesomeness breakfast or even pack these for lunchbox . This recipe needs very few ingredients and also cooked very fast. Let's get started.  INGREDIENTS  Wholewheat flour or chappati dough Cauliflower- one small or 5- 6 florets Green chillies- as per taste  Half Onion chipped- optional  Carrot - 1 tsp grated ( optional) Ginger - 1/2 tsp grated Salt - as needed Red chill powder - 1 tsp Turmeric- 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Carom seeds/ Ajwain - 1 tsp Cumin powder - 1 tsp Step by step process Grate cauliflower. Add the spices. Mix well.Mixture is ready.       Roll out a chappati and stuff some mixture and with light hand roll out chappatis.        Then cook the parathas in hot tawa by applying oil/ ghee both sides.     Serve the cauliflower parathas with curd,pickles or your choice of side dish.   ...

 Kaccha Gola (Paneer sweet balls)       Hi all, Today sharing a recipe of sweet paneer balls also called kacha golas .A very easy recipe made with few ingredients and get ready quickly too. Milk - 1 L Vinegar/Lemon juice/Curd - 4 tbsp Sugar - 5-6 tbsp Milk powder - 2 tbsp Cardamons- 2-3 Recipe -: 1) Prepare a paneer or chenna with milk.             2) Divide the paneer into two parts.One part let be raw.          3) In the other part we add sugar and mix well.                    4) Heat pan and add the paneer and sugar mixture for 4 to 5 minutes. Rasmalai

 Rasmalai  [Cheese disc dipped in thickened milk] Hi all, Today I am sharing another recipe of a 'rasmalai' - a dessert made with cheese and dipped in thickened sweet milk.Its a rich,creamy dish almost resembling other Indian sweets like rasagulla.Here after preparing like 'rasagulla'- cheese balls boiled in sugar syrup ,we take it out and dip in thickened and sweetened milk. Let's see the recipe then. Ingredients  Full cream milk - 1 & 1/2 Litres Vinegar - 1 tbsp ( to prepare cheese) Sugar - 1  cup + 1/4 cup Refined flour/ Maida - 1 tsp Dry fruits for garnish Water - 5 cups Ras for rasmalai -Thickened Milk Boil 1/2 L milk in a utensil.  Add finely chopped almonds,pistachios or dryfruits of your choice.  Add a pinch of kesar or turmeric for the colour.  Coriander Chutney ( coriander thokku) Hi all, Today sharing a recipe I learnt from my mother.A very traditional South Indian  chutney/thokku recipe mostly prepared during winter season with the abundance of fresh coriander leaves.You can use this chutney as accompaniment to eat chappatis,dosa or even with rice.It was a chutney my mother prepared every winter season.The spicy ,freshly ground coriander is very flavourful and tasty.  INGREDIENTS  Fresh coriander leaves- a big bunch Bengal gram / Chana dal -2 tbsp Split Black gram /Urad dal -2 tbsp Red chillies -6-7  ( as per your spice taste) Asafoetida/ Hing - a pinch Mustard seeds/ sarson - 2 tsp Oil - 4 - 5 tbsp Step by step recipe Heat 2 tsp oil and add hing, dals and dry roast the dals till light brown . Raj Bhog (Round cheese balls dipped in sugar syrup) Hi all, Hereby sharing a recipe of  'raj bhog' - a type of sweet dipped in sugar syrup.A famous Indian sweet made with paneer and sugar almost like the famous rasagulla.
