Cauliflower Paratha (Stuffed Paratha ) With the onset of winter we start getting vegetables like red carrots,fresh cauliflowers, radishes,peas.Besides making curries,vegetable stir fry with them we all love to make stuffed parathas with some of these vegetables. So,today I am sharing the recipe of a stuffed paratha made by cauliflower and carrot.We can enjoy this hot  stuffed cauliflower paratha with pickles,chutneys and curd.It can also be a tasty and quick lunch box recipe for kids and elders. Amla Achaar/Gooseberry Pickle

 Instant Amla ka Achar/ Instant Gooseberry Pickle Today sharing an instant gooseberry pickle also called Amla ka achar. This is an easy recipe.I have learnt this recipe from my mother in law. She uses oil to cook the gooseberries and also soak spices and salt in the same oil.This gives longevity and enhances the taste of the pickle. INGREDIENTS: Amla/Gooseberry-250 g Red chillies - 12 - 13 ( as per your taste) Methi dhana / Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp Hing  / Asafoetida  - 1 tsp Turmeric - 1 tsp Oil - 6 -7 tbsp refined oil  Salt - to taste Step by step recipe  Grind red chillies and Fenugreek  seeds to coarse powder.    Dry roast red chillies  and fenugreek seeds  in a wok / Kadai.   Potato Cheese Balls  Hi all!! A favourite of kids.You can make this recipe of potato cheese balls with very few ingredients. INGREDIENTS Potatoes - 5-6 Cheese slices  Boiled sweetcorn -1 tbsp  Powdered black pepper- 2 tsp  Red chilli powder - 2 tsp (optional) Garam masala-1 tsp  Flour -1 tbsp  Water - As required Salt to taste Recipe -: Boil potatoes in a pressure cooker.Strain water.  In a bowl mash the potatoes.  Add corn,black pepper,red chilli powder  garam masala,salt to taste. Mix well. Make round balls with the mixture and stuff pieces of cheese or grated cheese inside. Cover well . Make a slurry of flour and water.You can add little salt and pepper to it . Dip the potato and cheese balls in slurry of flour and water mixture . Then roll in bread crumbs and deep fry in oil in medium to high heat. Once golden brown take out in tissue paper .   TOFU MASALA Hi all, There is always a debate between plant-based protein and animal based protein.So tried making Tofu Masala.The dish came very good .My opinion is both recipes are great and we must include both in our diet . INGREDIENTS Tofu -200 g  Onion -2 Tomato -1 big  Green peas -1 cup (frozen or boiled) Garlic-3-5  Ginger - a small piece  Green chillies - 2-3 Curd 3-4 tbsp  Spices- turmeric,red chilli powder, coriander powder,sabzi masala,garam masala  Fresh cream -1 -2 tbsp Whole spices  Oil -3 tbsp  Water as required Salt to taste Step by Step Instructions Cut the tofu in small pieces and soak them in water to make them soft.Later it will absorb all flavour of gravy and the masalas(spices).
