Cauliflower Paratha
Hi,
Today sharing very easy recipe made with cauliflower. You can eat this parathas as wholesomeness breakfast or even pack these for lunchbox . This recipe needs very few ingredients and also cooked very fast. Let's get started.
INGREDIENTS
Wholewheat flour or chappati dough
Cauliflower- one small or 5- 6 florets
Green chillies- as per taste
Half Onion chipped- optional
Carrot - 1 tsp grated ( optional)
Ginger - 1/2 tsp grated
Salt - as needed
Red chill powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric- 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Carom seeds/ Ajwain - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Step by step process
Grate cauliflower. Add the spices.
Mix well.Mixture is ready.
Roll out a chappati and stuff some mixture and with light hand roll out chappatis.
Then cook the parathas in hot tawa by applying oil/ ghee both sides.
Serve the cauliflower parathas with curd,pickles or your choice of side dish.
