PEANUT LADDOO

PEANUT LADDOO/MOONGFALI LADDOO/KADALAI LADOO


                                  

The recipe I am sharing now is a traditional one .I have learnt this from my mother-in -law.We can
make healthy and tasty laddoos  .

Preparation time:10 min
Cooking time:10 min

Ingredients

1 big glass peanuts/moongfali
1 big glass jaggery/gud
1/4 glass water
Elaichi-2


                     



STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE -:

1)Dry roast peanuts in kadai  in low flame without burning.


                 

2)The skin of the peanuts could be easily peeled after roasting..

                                       

3)Take it in a plate and let it cool.


                                       

                                       


4)Remove the skins of peanuts and keep aside.


                                         

 5)Take a kadai and heat jaggery in it.



                                       

6)After the jaggery melts filter the syrup to separate impurities.



                                     

7)Put the filtered jaggery syrup back to kadai and bring it to a rolling boil .

                                      

8) Checking if syrup is done-Try to make an insoluble ball with syrup. This is the right consistency .



                                       

 9)Add cardamon(elaichi) powder and peanuts to the syrup.



                                     


                                     

10)Switch off the gas and mix the peanuts thoroughly with syrup.


                                           

                                         
                                     

11)Leave it for 5 min. Then take the mixture in a greased steel plate.



                                     

 12) The mixture would be very hot .So with the help of a spoon separate the mixture to small lump.




                                     


                   



 13)Apply water in hand and carefully pick  small mixture and place on plate or paper .(Water will not allow the jaggery syrup to stick in hands .You can replace water with oil or ghee)



                                     








                                  


 14)After three four min when the mixture begins to cool slowly press the unshaped lumps of mixture to round shape .Avoid pressing it too hard .The mixture will be hot so one has to handle it with care


15)Peanut  laddoo is ready to be eaten after it cools  completely.Keep it in air tight container and serve .

Hope you like it. Ingredients Boiled rice-1/2 cup Jaggery/Gud -1/2 cup Water-1/4 cup Dry fruits-as needed Cardamon-2 Make a syrup of jaggery in a vessel. Drain the syrup for impurities and reheat. Once the syrup thickens a little add the cooked rice and mix well and switch off the gas. Heat ghee and roast dry fruits. BREAD PAKORA Bread Pakora Hi friends, Here I am sharing with you all an easy recipe with bread called bread pakora.Bread is readily  available in most houses .You can do  this snack very quickly not only for your kids but also for your  guests.
