Hello friends ,

Sometimes we do not want to eat food with heavy fried masala gravy .So this type of simple but tasty paneer recipe will be a good choice .




Preparation time - 10 min
Cooking time -10-15 min
Serves- 4 people
Ingredients-:

Paneer-150 g
Green chillies-2-3
Capsicum- 1 medium sized
Onion-1
Garlic- 3-4 cloves
Ginger -a small piece
Tomatoes-1 small sized
Haldi/Turmeric -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Cumin powder -1 tsp       
Sabzi masala - 1 tsp
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Oil -2 tsp
Cumin seeds / Jeera-1/2 tsp



    STEP BY STEP PREPARATION OF PANEER CAPSICUM STIR FRY


   Slice the paneer into long slices and cut other veggies into small pieces.

                         
                                       
                             

                                            Put oil in a pan and heat it .Add jeera



                                             


              After jeera splutters add chopped onion,green chillies ,tomato,grated ginger and garlic.


Once onions turn pink add dry spices like turmeric, coriander powder,red chilli powder,cumin powder .



                Add capsicum pieces.Close the lid to let veggies and spices get cooked well.



                                                      Add 1 tsp sabji masala.

Add paneer pieces and salt to taste.




 You can add 1 tbsp of sauce for sweet and sour taste .This is optional .You can also avoid this.
1 tsp of tomato sauce (optional)



                           Add a tsp of garam masala.Close the lid and cook for two more minutes.



Paneer Capsicum stir fry is ready.
