Hi friends ,
Today I am going to share with you recipe of uthapam .The batter for this is same as idli .Generally idli batter is thicker than dosa batter.Uthampam is thicker than dosa .Uthapam tastes good when made with fermented(sour) batter .It must be cooked slowly in low flame so that it is cooked evenly.


Ingredients

Idli batter
Onion-1
Carrot -1 small
Green chillies-3-4
Oil-As needed





                                                                 




Process

                                                Finely chop onion,chillies,grate carrot.  


Heat tawa .Apply little oil and pour one big ladle of  idli batter . Pour oil in sides.


                                     




                                              


                                    Add onion,carrot,chillies and let it cook from one side .                                
                                           


                                                      Then slowly flip the uttapam to other side .
                                                       
                                                     
                                                                                                                                                                                          Uthapam ready to be served hot .Serve with your favourite chutney.

  CHOCOLATE MUFFINS  Good day all, After some time posting again .Today sharing recipe of chocolate muffins .I made this using normal flour this time and it came very good.Next time I will try making this using Whole-wheat flour.
