PANEER KATHI ROLL


                                                     


Hi friends,
Today sharing a post of making paneer kathi roll without using oven .You can prepare this dish in a non stick pan or any griddle.Children would love to eat them .Moreover this dish is quick and at the same time healthy too .Hope you like it .


Ingredients













Flour/Maida -1  cup
Oil -1 tbsp
Salt -to taste
Milk-1/2 cup
Paneer-100 g
Capsicum-1 small
Curd -3 tbsp
Red chilli powder-2 tsp
Cumin powder-1 tsp
Dhania powder-1 tsp
Turmeric-1/2 tsp
Sabji masala-1 tsp
Chat masala-1 tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Grated ginger & Garlic-1 tbsp
Roasted gram flour/Besan -1 tbsp
Onion-1 small
Lemon juice -1 tsp
Tomato sauce -1 tsp
Salt -to taste


Process
Prepare a dough with flour,salt,oil and milk.Rest it for 30-35 min.



           







           




               




 Take curd in bowl.Add dry spices .Add roasted besan .Add grated garlic and ginger .Mix well.



                   




                         





                          


            Marinate paneer and capsicum in curd and spice mixture .Rest  for 30 min .

                               




                                   


                                         Now roll out chappatis with  ready dough .


                              



                                   




                                     




                                      Prepare chappatis in hot griddle or pan adding little oil.




                                          




                                              




                                             



                                 

Add little oil in nonstick pan .Fry the marinated panner and capsicum in pan.Paneer will get a nice brownish texture .


                           


                               




                                    



                               

Take sliced onion and add few drops of lemon juice on it .Mix it well .

                         
                 

Take a chappati .Spread green chutney or tomato sauce on it (I have used sauce ).Add paneer tikkas,little onion and roll the chappatis .



                           

Paneer kathi roll is ready to be served .

ASPARAGUS BEANS/BARBATTI SABZI /PORIYAL Preparation Time-10 min Cooking Time -10 -15 min Ingredients Long beans/Asparagus beans/ Barbatti-250 g Dry red chillies-2 Mustard seeds-1 tsp White urad dal-1 tsp Turmeric-a pinch Hing-a pinch Salt-to taste Water-4 tbs Oil-2 tps Coconut-to garnish Process 1) Firstly wash and then finely chop the beans. 2) Heat oil in kadai .After it heats add mustard seeds ,urad dal,red chillies,hing.Saute for half a minute. 3) Add chopped  asparagus beans ,little water and mix well. 4) Add  salt to taste and cover it to cook in steam. 5) Cover the kadai to let the sabzi cook in steam. 6) Keep checking inbetween  to see that the veggies are soft and cooked . 7) Cook for few minutes till the water is soaked .Keep stirring in between. 8) Our sabzi is ready .We can garnish with coconut . 9) Asparagus beans /Barbatti is ready to be eaten with rice,sambar or with dal and roti
