VEG HOT DOG
Hello friends,
Hot Dog is a famous dish of America made with meat sausages.Being a vegetarian I tried it with potatoes and spices,It turned out well.Hope you like it .
Ingredients
Hot Dog buns
Boiled potatoes-1/2 kg
Capsicum-1 small
Tomato-1
Onions-2
Grated ginger and garlic-1 tsp
Green chillies-2
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli flakes-1 tsp
Pizza seasoning-1 tsp
Oil-1 tbsp & for frying
Mayonaisse-1 tbsp
Tomato sauce-as reuired
Cheese block-1
Flour-to dust rolls with
Butter-as rquired
Add chopped onions.Saute for sometime.Then add green chillies,garlic and ginger.
Add little salt and mix well.
When the onions are cooked add mashed potatoes.
Add salt.
Deep fry the hot dog rolls in oil.
Keep the fried hot dog roll in the slit bun.Add chopped onions and tomatoes.
Put some mayonaisse .Add grated cheese and tomato sauce.Serve hot.

Heat oil.
Add capsicum.
Add little salt and mix well.
When the onions are cooked add mashed potatoes.
Add salt.
Add chilly flakes and pizza seasoning and bread crumbs.
Mixture for rolls ready.
Run the mixture in a mixie for a minute or two.
Apply oil or water in your palms.Take a portion of mixture in hand and roll it like in the picture below.
Dust it with flour
Slit the bun from middle .Apply butter on both sides and toast it in a pan.
Keep the fried hot dog roll in the slit bun.Add chopped onions and tomatoes.
Put some mayonaisse .Add grated cheese and tomato sauce.Serve hot.
