CHOCOLATE PANCAKES

CHOCOLATE PANCAKES

I made these chocolate pancakes for my kids lunch box .Its really an easy recipe which can be made quickly too.Once in a while you can prepare these pancakes as quick snack for your family.

INGREDIENTS

FLOUR / MAIDA - 1 STEEL GLASS
COCOA POWDER - 2 TBSP
BAKING POWDER -1/2 TSP
MILK - 1/2 STEEL GLASS
SUGAR -1/2 STEEL GLASS

STEP BY STEP PROCESS WITH PICTURES

In a basin mix flour ,cocoa powder ,baking powder together.

Take 1/2 glass of lukewarm milk and dissolve sugar in it.If you are adding powdered sugar then you can directly add them in the flour and the milk you use can be in normal temperature.I have used lukewarm milk to help in dissolving the sugar faster.

Now gradually add the milk to flour and make a lumpfree batter .

Now in a non stick pan make pancakes.Flip the sides once cooked and sprinkle a tsp of oil.

Chocolate pancakes are ready.Serve with chocolate sauce.
