AALOO GOBI SABJI / POTATO CAULIFLOWER SABJI Hello friends, Welcome to Sudha's Kitchen!! Today I am sharing a recipe of potato and cauliflower sabji .It is a no onion ,no garlic recipe for special days.I have used minimum spices too.Its a simple dish but tastes very good particularly during winters when we get fresh cauliflower .Hope you will like it. INGREDIENTS POTATOES-4 CAULIFLOWER - 1 SMALL(CUT INTO SMALL PIECES) TOMATOES - 2 CUMIN SEEDS / JEERA - 1 TSP OIL - 1 TBSP TURMERIC /HALDI -1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP SALT - TO TASTE CORIANDER LEAVES - FISTFUL PREPARTION TIME -1O MIN COOKING TIME -15 MIN SERVES -4 METHOD Chop potatoes , cauliflower and tomatoes. Heat a kadai/wok.Add cumin seeds/jeera and let it crackle. Then one by one add potatoes and cauliflower . Add spices like turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt.Mix well. Add tomatoes and mix well . Close with a lid
