Today I will be sharing the recipe of Sooji Appam that too quick and time saving.The taste is also good.Hope you like them.


PREPARATION TIME -10 MIN
COOKING TIME -5-6 MIN Per batch






INGREDIENTS

RAVA /SOOJI / SEMOLINA -1 SMALL BOWL
RICE FLOUR-1 SMALL BOWL
SUGAR-1 SMALL BOWL
RIPE BANANA- 1
BAKING SODA - A PINCH
WATER -AS REQUIRED
CARDAMON PODS -2
COCONUT SCRAPED -2 TBSP
OIL -FOR DEEP FRYING

















PROCEDURE




                                                Powder sugar and cardamon in a mixie jar.




                                                       

                                        Peel one ripe banana and mash it.







                                                In a vessel mix rice flour,rava,powdered sugar




                                                          Add water to make a batter.


Add coconut and baking soda.




                                            Mix well. Batter to make appam ready.

Take a little portion in a ladle and pour in hot oil.




                                                       Deep fry till cooked  both sides.





Sooji appams are ready
