MIX VEG WITH RED RADISH With the red radish I thought of making a curry .I had few vegetables too so tried a curry by adding some  with the red radish .The curry tasted good alongwith paratha.Hope you will like it. INGREDIENTS Red Radish -250 g Cauliflower - few florets Potatoes - 3 Onions -2 Green chillies-2 Grated Ginger /Garlic - 1tsp Tomatoes -2 Peas -1/4 cup Cumin seeds -1 tsp Mustard Oil -1 tbsp Turmeric - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Garam Masala - 1 tsp Salt -to taste Preparation time - 10 min Cooking time -20 -25 min Serves-4 -5 Procedure  Firstly wash ,clean and chop veggies into small pieces.Grate ginger garlic. SOOJI DRY FRUITS GUJIYA /SWEET SOMAS Hello friends, Today sharing a very famous Indian sweet named Gujiya.The main attraction of this dish is the crispy outer covering with sweet filling made of mawa,sooji ,dryfruits.In this recipe I am making a filling with only semolina ie sooji and dry fruits and 1 tbsp of roasted chana.If you want you can alao add grated coconut to the filling.Just dry roast 2 tbsp scraped coconut a bit in kadai.Lets start .Hope you like it.
