POTATO BHAJJI /POTATO PAKORA/AALOO BHAJJI






Hello friends,
A very simple but tasty evening snack made with potatoes-Potato bhajji also known as Aaloo bhajji,Aaloo pakoras.Hope you like it.



Time taken - 20 min
Serves-3-4


INGREDIENTS

POTATOES-2
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP
TURMERIC - 1 TSP
SALT - TO TASTE
SODA BICARBONATE - A PINCH (OPTIONAL)
OIL - FOR FRYING BHAJJIS


PROCESS

                                               Take a cup of besan in a mixing bowl.




Add chilli powder,turmeric,salt to it.



                                     Make a lump free batter by adding water.Add a pinch of soda if desired.



                                                                  Batter ready .


                               Deskin potatoes.Wash and cut the potatoes to round thin shapes.



                            Dip these potatoes into the besan batter and deep fry.


Potato bhajjis and Aaloo bhajjis,Aaloo pakoras are ready.


Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney of your choice.
