Quick recipe update

Reduce 1/2 Litre of milk.Add 4-5 tbsp sugar.Add chopped dryfruits of your choice.Add cardamon for flavour. The milk would be thick and creamy.Let it cool then set in kulfi mould.I have used steel tumblers and plastic container to set kulfi for 6-8 hrrs or overnight .Insert icecream sticks. Demould Kulfis and garnish with dry fruits.

STEP BY STEP PROCESS

Pour 1/2 Litre of milk in pan.Let the milk boil.

Once the milk boils keep stirring continuosly so that the milk doesnot stick to bottom of pan.
Throughout the cooking of Kulfi keep the gas flame low.

Once the milk has boiled we shall reduce the milk to half. It will take around 10 - 15 minutes.

Now the milk has reduced well.

We shall add sugar to the milk . Keep stirring for five minutes more.

Add chopped dry fruits of your choice.Cook for five minutes more.

                                                         Add powdered cardamon.

Milk has become rich and creamy.Switch off gas.Let the milk cool.

Pour in kulfi moulds.I have used steel tumblers to set kulfis.

You can also use any plastic container to set kulfi.

Cover the tumbler and plastic container with aluminium foil.Set in freezer for 6-8 hrs and overnight.

After 6 -8 hrs Kulfi has well set.

                                        Insert icecream sticks.

Put in water to demould easily.

Malai Kulfi is ready .Garnish with some dry fruits.

Similarly demould kulfi set in plastic container.

Cut into pieces and serve plain or with falooda.

Serve it immediately and enjoy with friends.
