MASALA DOSA



Today's dinner everyone's favourite butter topped Masala dosa with sambar and onion & tomato chutney.
Recipe
For dosa-
Clean ,wash and soak 2 cups boiled rice,1 cup raw rice together .In another vessel soak  3/4 cup urad Dal ,2 tsp methi seeds for 4 hours.After 4 hours grind finely in mixie.Let it ferment for 4 hrs to 5 hrs.Add salt to batter mix well.Add little water to adjust consistency.

For masala
Heat oil.Add 2 tsp mustard seeds,a pinch of hing,1 chopped onion,1 tsp chopped ginger,2 -3 green chillies chopped,curry leaves,1/2 chopped capsicum,2 tbsp chopped carrots,peas and saute for a while.Add turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder, little salt and cook for sometime.Add 1 chopped tomato.Let it cook.Add 4-5 boiled potatoes,salt to taste, coriander leaves.Mix well.masala ready.



Preparation of dosa -:
Heat non stick tawa.sprinkle little water and wipe with tissue.Pour a ladle of dosa spread it thinly on tawa.Add 1/2 tsp oil .Once one side is cooked flip it to other side.Put some masala and fold and serve hot with chutney ,sambar of your choice.
