Hi friends,
Sometimes we are busy but our sweet tooth craves for kheer .Here is a quick and easy recipe of kheer/payasham made with toned milk .This kheer will be rich and creamy delight to taste.Hope you like it.


Ingredients-:
Toned Milk-1/2 kg
Boiled rice -1 cup
Sugar-1 cup (as taste)
Cardamon-2 pods
Custard powder-1 tbsp
Badam mix-1 tbsp










                                                      Boil half litre of toned milk.


                                          


Add cooked rice after the milk boils.



Add sugar.




 Make a paste of badam mixture and custard powder with help of milk or water .Add to  milk +rice+sugar mixture.






                  The rice kheer will begun to thicken .Keep stirring for five minutes. Add cardamon powder and switch off the gas .




                                    Serve hot or chilled .Add ghee roasted raisins .

Hope you like it. Ingredients Boiled rice-1/2 cup Jaggery/Gud -1/2 cup Water-1/4 cup Dry fruits-as needed Cardamon-2 Make a syrup of jaggery in a vessel. Drain the syrup for impurities and reheat. Once the syrup thickens a little add the cooked rice and mix well and switch off the gas. Heat ghee and roast dry fruits. BREAD PAKORA Bread Pakora Hi friends, Here I am sharing with you all an easy recipe with bread called bread pakora.Bread is readily  available in most houses .You can do  this snack very quickly not only for your kids but also for your  guests. Preparation-5 min Cooking time-5min  Ingredients-: Besan-1 cup Bread slices-4 Red chilli powder-1 tbsp Turmeric/Haldi-1/2 tsp Sabji masala-1 tbsp Oil-To fry Salt-To taste Water-to make batter                   First of all take out the sides of bread and cut them into square or triangular shapes. Take besan in a flour and add red chilli powder,turmeric,sabji masala and salt.                                    Add  water to make a thick batter(dropping consistency).
