Hello friends,
Potato is a versatile vegetable .Today I am showing to make'' Aloo Masala'' in the  famous way every south Indian Household or hotels serve.Hope you like it.



Ingredients

Boiled potatoes-300g
Tomatoes-2
Onions-2
Green chillies-4
Water -as needed
Oil-2 tbsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Turmeric-1 tsp
Salt-as per taste
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Chana dal-1 tsp
Ginger-a small piece
Curry leaves-3-4










Chop onions and tomatoes and chillies.Grate ginger.


                          Heat oil. Add mustard seeds,chana dal.


After the mustard seeds splutter and chana dal becomes brown add chopped onions ,green chillies,grated ginger and curry leaves.



Add spices like turmeric,red chilli powder and coriander powder .Mix and saute well.




                               Once the onions are cooked add chopped  tomatoes .

Cover the wok with lid to cook tomatoes.



                          After the tomatoes are cooked add boiled potatoes.


Add salt to taste.Mash the potatoes slightly.



Add water .



Cover the lid again and let it cook for five minutes in  medium flame.


Potato Masala south style ready .




                                                 Serve it hot with poori or parathas.

BREAD PAKORA Bread Pakora Hi friends, Here I am sharing with you all an easy recipe with bread called bread pakora.Bread is readily  available in most houses .You can do  this snack very quickly not only for your kids but also for your  guests. Preparation-5 min Cooking time-5min  Ingredients-: Besan-1 cup Bread slices-4 Red chilli powder-1 tbsp Turmeric/Haldi-1/2 tsp Sabji masala-1 tbsp Oil-To fry Salt-To taste Water-to make batter                   First of all take out the sides of bread and cut them into square or triangular shapes. Take besan in a flour and add red chilli powder,turmeric,sabji masala and salt.                                    Add  water to make a thick batter(dropping consistency). Heat oil in kadai/vessel Dip a square or triangle shaped cut bread pieces in the besan batter and put in hot oil. Fry both sides till golden brown. S
