MINI LADDOOS

Hi friends,
Festival of light Diwali is near so sharing a sweet recipe  in my blog.Hope you like it.






                                       


Ingredients
Gramflour/Besan-1 small bowl
Sugar-3/4 small bowl
Clarified butter/ghee-1 tbsp
Cardamon/elaichi-2
Food colour-a pinch
Oil-to fry
Almonds -soaked and sliced


Take gramflour,ghee,colur in a vessel.



Add water to make a batter.It must not be very thick nor very thin.



Heat oil in kadai.


Make boondis with help of perforated ladle.




                      Fry the boondis for 2 to 3 seconds and then strain it another vessel.





Soak almonds in hot water for sometime and then deskin them.Cut them into slices.





All the boondis are fried .



                         
                                  Take them in a mixie jar and grind to a coarse paste.




                                                       Heat sugar and water in a pan.

                                                               

                                                                              Add colour.

Boil the sugar syrup


Once we get one string consistency switch off the gas.



Add cardamon,almonds




                                                                Add boondis



                                                                   Mix well.




Cool a little.





                                               Apply ghee on palms and make laddoos.



Garnish with sliced almonds.
