Easy sundal/Healthy Kabuli Chana


                   



Hi friends,
Today sharing a recipe with kabuli chana.
It is a traditional recipe of South India called sundal which is made with different grams /matar/chana.It tastes nice and is also healthy with simple and minimum spices.Hope you like it.



Ingredients
Chick peas/Kabuli chana-250 g
Whole chillies-2
Turmeric-1 tsp
Salt -as per taste
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Asofoetida-1/4 tsp
Coconut-1 tbsp
Water-as needed


Soak chana for 7-8 hrs.



 



 




                           
 Soak chick pea/kabuli chana for 6 to 7 hrs.


Add salt and turmeric and boil them in cooker .



Boil chana in cooker.Cook them up to 5-6 whistles.


Stain the extra water.


Now heat little oil in a vessel.Add mustard seeds,whole chillies,hing, curry leaves.Saute for a minute or two.



      Add boiled chana .Mix well.

Check salt.If needed add a little.


                                                                          Mix well.


                 Add coconut .Mix well.

 Sundal/Healthy Kabuli chana is ready.
